• Document tools (Aadhaar to PDF, digital signature)
• Presentation tools (PPT generator)
• Productivity tools (GST calculator, age calculator, QR code generator)

Most tools operate entirely within your browser. No account or registration is required.

3 Use of Our Services

You agree to use MySmartWork.in only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

4 Intellectual Property

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our content without express written permission.

Your content: Files you upload to our tools remain your property. We do not claim ownership of any content you process through our tools.

5 AI-Generated Content

Our AI tools (PPT Generator, AI Email Writer, Report Summarizer, etc.) generate content using third-party AI services:

• AI-generated content may not always be accurate or complete
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated content before use
• Do not rely solely on AI-generated content for critical decisions
• We are not responsible for errors in AI-generated content

6 Disclaimer of Warranties

MySmartWork.in is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Warranties regarding accuracy or reliability of results

We do not warrant that defects will be corrected or that our servers are free of viruses or harmful components.

7 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MySmartWork.in and its operators shall not be liable for:

10 Service Availability

11 Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 of India.

Arbitration Process:

• Arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator mutually agreed upon by both parties
• The seat and venue of arbitration shall be New Delhi, India
• The language of arbitration shall be English and Hindi
• The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding on both parties

Prior to Arbitration: Both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at mysmartwork26@gmail.com. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 30 days of receiving notice.

Exceptions: Either party may seek emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending arbitration.
